Listen to the Market. If you are not getting immediate results, make adjustments quickly. In the good markets of several years ago, 10-15 showings a month was good traffic. Today, a good month is 6 to 8 showings. Still there are thousands of homes being sold every month, so this market is not void of buyers. There is just more to choose from. You will know when the price is right and the condition of your home is relative to fair market value when you receive second showings.
